Where are you located? Ipswich - House of Aesthetics, 213 Clapgate Lane, IP3 0RF or Worcester Park - Bella Beautique, 372b Malden Rd, Worcester Park KT4 7NL (1st Saturday of each month - Hollie only.)
Are booking fees refundable? All appointments are secured with a non-refundable booking fee. Although non-refundable, booking fees can be transferred once over to another appointment date/time within 30 days of your initial booking should you need to reschedule.
Can I bring a friend with me? Plus 1's are unable to accompany you in the treatment room, however they can wait for you in our reception area. During busy periods we may be unable to accomodate plus 1's.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations on the day or within 24 hrs of the appointment will require full payment of the treatment. Cancellations within 2 days will require 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations with more than 2 days notice will require no further payment, however the booking fee will be forefitted.
